S&C Holdings Accommodation work alongside neighbouring local authorities to provide short term; Temporary and emergency accommodation to those identified with a housing need and require support with immediate accommodation.
Our accommodations consist of either ensuite bathrooms or shared bathroom with no more than two other persons using the bathroom. Each bedroom is appropriately furnished to meet the needs of everyone. There is a large, shared kitchen where each room has their own assigned lockable cupboard for their food. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, kettle, toaster and microwave.

the Town Centre is within easy access by bus or train and there is good train links into London/surrounding areas as well as access to bus and National Express coach.

What sets us apart from the usual provider is that we aim to offer accommodation where the client can’ ‘Feel at Home’ and we endeavour to do this by supporting each client in accordance with their needs irrespective of whether they are with us for 1 night or on a longer-term basis.
